From national sport organizations to classrooms and retreats, Kathy’s work centers on clarity, inclusion, and outcomes that last.
KonnectBetter was founded by Kathy Brook, a nationally recognized sport leader, facilitator, and instructional designer with over 25 years of experience helping organizations grow through learning, collaboration, and strategic focus.
Kathy’s career includes 8 years with the Coaching Association of Canada, working with all 67 funded National Sport Organizations. She has also served as Executive Director of Racquetball Canada, leading national initiatives that increased participation, strengthened equity, and built organizational capacity. Kathy has also worked for 30 years in education in various capacities.
She has consulted nationally and internationally (including with the NBA, the International Council for Coach Education, and Canada’s leading sport organizations) on education programs, leadership retreats, and long-term strategic plans.
An NCCP Master Learning Facilitator and multiple national award recipient for facilitation, Kathy is known for her ability to make complex ideas accessible and her commitment to helping others succeed.
